I want you to feel loved, and to know love from the most important person in the world, yourself. I want you to know that you are perfect, just as you are. You are going to be okay, everything is going to be okay. You don’t have to try so hard to meet “standards” or to prove who you are.
You just have to be.
Until I am enlightened, I go for refuge to the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. Through the virtue I create by practising giving and the other perfections, may I become a Buddha to benefit all sentient beings.
