The Stalkers application (similar to the old Stalkers Tab) is in beta test now. You can add the application by selecting Browse Applications from the User Menu and then Add the app. Note that you can change where apps appear on your profile by dragging them up or down on the My Apps page.

Please note that Stalkers will currently only show for the owner of the profile. We are working to correct this so that Stalkers will appear for everyone and follow the Privacy Options so that you can show it to everyone, just your friends, or only you. For now it is for you only.

Hope that wasn't to me cause we were testing it and it took a while for them to show up on each others pages.
