can someone please help...rover tv used to be fine for me...and ever since it came up...all that happens is that on my droid with ics...i can hear audio it will play for like a second and then it will freeze...is it my browser? or is there something i can do? thanx

It is your phones. The server that streams the video is set to output the either flash or HTML 5 video. Droids and other google based phone have flash enabled but it is garbage and is only meant for small things. This is why apple will never allow flash since it craps out a phone.

I have created a mobile app that streams in a standard video format. I am able to watch RMG TV with a single click.
