George Romero's first movie, Night of the Living Dead, was originally titled Night of the Flesh Eaters. The title was changed by the movie studio, who didn't tell Romero, so he was never able to get the distributing rights. This is why you'll never see a collection of every Romero movie together, and why you can often find the original NOTLD as a free addition to other things. The rights are public.

The velociraptors in the Jurassic Park books and movies are not actual velociraptors. They are listed by Micheal Crichton and Steven Spielberg as the species velociraptor mongoliensis. This dinosaur was actually only about 3 feet tall, with a bill and wings, covered with feathers.

The dinosaurs shown in the movie were actually Deinonychus.

Real raptors looked like this.

Charles Darwin's 5 week visit to the galagos islands prompted him to write "On the Origin of Species by Means Of Natural Selection." The islands are home to the world's only sea going lizards as well as the only species of penguin that lives on the equator.
