From what I remember, it was good. Sangria has been my drink of choice since then.... Red Lobster, Houlihans, Olive Garden, etc. Everytime I get a Sangria I get a big smile on my face thinking of the night I first discovered Sangria.

I don't drink regular yeast beer, so that was all there was available for me. Maybe this year they'll have margaritas or something along the lines? Either way, the Sangrias we were drinking were VERY good.

they arent going to pay big money to big acts thats why they got mini kiss they get mini money, serouisly who the hell pays to go see a bunch of midgets to dress up and cover one of the worst bands ever to play music

I am super annoyed right now with roverfest and the fact that they are holding back an announcement of another band. My decision on weather or not I want to go to roverfest is depending on who this other band rover keeps talking about is. I dont go for the show because roverfest last year had nothing to do with the radio show all you saw was the show 50 to 60 feet behind the stage and the only 2 people talking to anyone was dumb and charlie. It should have been DJ jazzy Jim fest cause he was the only one to really come out on stage on a consistant basis and you got to see rover judge the calandar thing but he barely did anything. Also they need to have the main act go on as rover and the gang are judging the girls. We stood around for an hour and nothing was occuring then they annonced the winners then saliva went on. Saliva should have just gone on as they were doing the judging and then close out the evening with who won the contest because it takes to long for them to judge. Bash me if you want but there are way to many flaws with roverfest and I prolly won't be back this year unless rovers secret band is worth seeing because 2 live crew sucks and I don't give a shit about mini kiss. I can go to the boneyard for free and see the same calibur of acts they have at roverfest for 9 bucks.

To the once chic who was talking about epic this epic that, you must not get out much sweetie.. Anyways, I will be at roverfest but mini kiss and 2 live crew? are you kidding me? Doesn't get any worse then that..

i'm a big saliva fan so i was pumped for last years show. 2 live crew is okay, mini-kiss i don't want to see, so may not go this year. too bad. last year was fun overall.

Everyone should stop stressing about the bands. It's a good time aside from the bands. When you go you'll see, the bands are just like an added bonus for me. It's a fun party, with all us bad ass Rover fans! Get hype!!

Because if you read my entire post, you'd see I said the reason it was amazing was the group of people I was with. Who doesn't love a group of drunk friends? Yay! Being obnoxious at times... but we're a bunch of fun loving drunks. no fights, no drama... none of that shit. Just drinking too much, running all over the place, not being able to stand straight, running back and forth from the beer tents to the portapottys, running into people I haven't seen in years. I was drunk enough you could've stuck me in ANY setting and we would've had a hell of a time. It just so happens: best friends + booze + comedy + a band that I like and hadn't seen live before + super drunkenness + not having to worry about driving home = amazing.

So just because some other people have a shitty time, doesn't mean it was a shitty event. It's all what YOU make of it, and put into it, and surround yourself with!

It doesn't matter what the setting is, I can have a hell of a time with the right people. Around Christmas I went to this HORRIBLE show at Peabodys to support a friends band, and as usual, the other bands sucked ASS. Emo kids all over the place. The type of kids I want to punch in the face. BUT, even though the music was horrid, we still had a hell of a time! This is a different group of people than my Roverfest group... and we've never had such a great time together as a big group, and the picture we have is amazing too... everyone has the fun-ass-time-be-jealous-you-missed-it look on their face. It's priceless. I've never had such a great picture with everyone looking beyond happy in the picture

Some people have had too perfect of lives to know how much memories will matter years down the road. To me, my pictures are everything. So yeah, having a great picture *is* one of the best things in the world to me.

It's such an epic fail that tickets are sold out already.

Well duh you unemployed white trash fags can't afford a real concert. 100 bucks says Rover suddenly finds more tickets in a week that were dropped behind Duji's fat ass.
