How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck would chuck wood? Would one of the wooden sex toys like to answer?

I believe she is referring to you and I. Yet another case of internet toughness; next will be rude comments, threats and so and so forth. Oh well, there's a few like that on most sites.

There's nothing like a charcoal grill; I just grilled the best rib eye steak I've ever eaten!!!

I don't marinate, I don't like the way the meat tastes.

I allow the steaks to come to room temperature then coat on all sides with a thin layer of olive oil. Next, I use a msg and sodium free rub on all sides. I place on the center of the grill and depending on the thickness (these were 1") I let cook on one side for 7 minutes, flip and cook the other side for 7 minutes. Using olive oil allows more of the fat and flavor to remain in the steak. I like it medium (a little pink in the center).

1.) its all pink inside! if not don't ever eat it...rule of life!
2.) olive oil & then dry rub your meat... Interesting.

Next time try this... You might like it:

Combine:
1 shot of liquid smoke
1 shot of sodium free soy sauce
1 head of garlic crushed
1 bottle of red wine vinager salad dressing

Mix and pour in a large ziplock bag with your steaks.
Prepare a day before your cookout.

Grilling:
Warm grill 10 mins. @ least.
Place steaks on cooking grate 2 minutes each side.
Remove mine and place it on the warming rack if your grill is so blessed.
Then flip again crossing the grill marks on the steaks.
10 minutes... Total...
Mine will be rare... I have never seen a lion cook what she kills!
The rest will be succulent.
