is it me or is it strange that rover takes charlie on these trips? could they be humpin eachother while on their private get a away? why not take a hot chick you could bang everyday? i don't get it!

I think Charlie is just the only "safe" choice to go with. Dieter is as much of a hermit as Rover is, Rover would probably think that Dumb would hulk out or do something while out there, no way in hell he'd take Duji, Rob's weird as fuck and Jeffrey...LOL .

I mean, the last time Rover took a girl on vacation with him, she ended up leaving. So maybe Rover takes Charlie for a couple reasons:

1) Charlie's loyal to his gf and knows Charlie wouldn't get in any trouble (or at least not too much)

2) Rover doesn't want to hook up with any girls and Charlie is good sex repellent

3) You're right, Rover and Charlie are secretly gay

Okay I get the gay jokes funny funny haha. I have a biased opinion though because I've been in Charlies situation a few times. I have a friend from high school who got a huge ass life insurance, settelment, and estate payout when his parents were killed in a car accident. He takes me on trips all the time. If you have the means I don't see why its any different than going out with your buddies. I felt weird about it at first, not for the gay thing but just the whole accepting such a huge gift. He told me it was just as much for him as it was for me. He has the means to vacation where ever the hell he wants why not go with friends? He's taken his girlfriend on trips but everybody knows guys night out is different than going out with your girlfriend. It's just guys night out, it just happens to be in a different country.

I think, to me, the oddity is they work together and Rover would be a superior. That is where the creepy factor comes in for me. Just a couple of buddies (generally more than 2) go on a vacation together is not all that odd. Normally it would be to spring break or Vegas...but a 2 week tour to europe or asia is normal too, I guess...if you are gay.

and it wouldn't kill him to get Charlie some new t-shirts either
