She's wound up so tight, she's bitchy and stupid as a defense mechanism. And it has to be stressful being on the RMG Crew knowing that they immediately chastise everyone the first chance they get. I think chastise is the word I want to use... Not an English major...

Duji's problem (or asset, given how much drama it generates) on the show is that she thinks she's special, that the rules don't apply to her as they apply to the peons beneath her perceived rank on the show. Therefore she believes she can hand out chastisement while remaining immune from serious consequences herself. She might catch a little shit talk here and there, like when she helps herself to Rover's money, but it is pretty low key compared to if another cast member pulled the same stunts.

You are so correct, Waco. And all of what you said shone through on yesterday's show, when she refused to get "punished" for coming in last. Proving that she thinks she has special privileges either because she's a girl, has a close relationship with Rover off the show, or a combination of the two.

I love how she gets on Dumb's jock for having a 20 year old girlfriend but she thought it was totally fine that she was out and slept with a 25 year old.

I really have to agree. Jeffrey needs to be paid more, and I can't believe Rover just is so fuckin ok with him getting $8/hr and like 12 hrs a week. He has provided more entertainment than any of those other fucks have in YEARS.

If he wants more money, he can do what everybody else in the radio industry has done, and put in his time. He's already an ungrateful fuck who bitches and moans all the time and compares himself to a Kardashian. Now you want him better paid, too? Fuck that. The money he already gets, he spends at the bar and on a smartphone rather than his children. Fuck him.

I think Duji and Dieter have a thing going... I was watching RMG TV the day she and Rover really got into it. Dieter hardly said anything and when the show went to commercial Duji bolted out of the studio and Dieter was right behind her. I may be fishing here but I think it looked like he was going to comfort her...

Remember when Duji was getting ready to get tased and the first thing she said was "I want Dieter to do it"?

I dunno if they're actually a "thing"...but there definitely seems to be a bit of a closeness with them.
