I think everyone should message Rover and tell him to add a segment for follow ups on the Thursday Hook Ups. There have to be some pretty wild, funny stories. It's always interesting when you hook up 2 ppl that have never talked before and haven't even seen each other. I have been curious about certain girls on there about how the date went.

I know part of the problem would be getting BOTH to come into the studio so maybe it could be a call in segment where both people are on the phone at the same time with Rover, and it's easier to be honest if someone was an ass on the date if you aren't face to face with them, I would imagine it would be a lot easier if you just had to talk on the phone. A lot of people have been complaining how old and boring the hook up is (for me it isn't so bad b/c I have only been listening for 2 1/2 yrs or so)so maybe this would give it a little bit of a make over.

You have to wonder what some of these men look like when they call in and say "I weigh ABOUT 232 pounds" or "I have SOMEWHAT of an athletic build, lol.

Don't most of the dates never actually happen?

One girl called in and said she was either married to the guy she got hooked up with or they were in the middle of planning thier weding and a few got engaged. I would think they do happen, I mean who is going to pass up a free limo ride and meal if you are single and up for having a good time. I would think the guys show up for the date b/c they at leats get to see a picture of the girl first. I wonder if when the girl talks to the guy off air to set up a date if she asks him to send a pic to her email account. I'm guessing most would.

I know for a fact that some of them have actually gotten married! I listen to Alan Cox too, and during Valentine's Day they do a segment where you get a couple on the phone. He asks questions about their significant other and they have to guess the right answer. Kind of like that one game that I conveniently forgot the title to.

But anyway, a couple came on and Alan asked where they met and she was a hook-up hottie! They went on their date and they got married. So that's kinda cool.

But yes, excellent idea, Wendy! I've often thought about that.

Keep in mind many guys don't have access to the hookup pictures before they call in. Today for instance the pics weren't up until way into the segment

have an update segment once a month and do all the couples that actually went, so that way if 2 of the dates didnt happen, they would still have 2 other couples to talk to.And maybe if the guy they picked ducks out of date they can pick guy number 2. I wonder if the guy does duck out of the date if the hook up girl can go alone or take someone else.

the problem as i see it is, after listening to an excrutiating hour long dating game segment the listeners don't care much about the actual date and therefore would care less to hear a re-cap.. not to mention most of the dates (not all) are probably either very anti-climactic OR an embarrassing drunken touching free for all... hows Rovtard gonna keep the interest in the game when people hear that the dates are usually a bust?

I'm not sure what is ooooookay worthy about that. Hell, I thought what I said about the dates was fairly common knowledge.

I do however agree most dates probably aren't interesting; even the Jeffrey double date recap wasn't all that interesting aside from the LaRocque weirdness

I just thought it was creepy that you chatted with hook-ups after the fact, like if I ever did the hookup Id hope weirdos from the site wouldnt track me down afterwards to ask about my date or lack there of, I mean the show just gives out these bitches email addresses or something?
