Rover should have it in the Browns stadium. It is a huge space and the stadium did hold other events such as concerts before. It seems like a great idea.

also I dont think the Goodtime captain, Rick, really enjoyed being there for roverfest, as told by a friend who attended roverfest. He was overwhelmed after people started getting rowdy on the ship.

And I have seen a few things about Duji not mingling, did anyone get to talk to her, or meet her? I kinda expected that from Deiter

She wasn't that bad to be honest. I never formally met her but whenever I saw her, she seemed to always be really busy. She kept waving at the people on the party boat though which I thought was pretty cool.

That sucks about the food though, you would think adults would know how to share, but some people they see free, and they take advantage of it.

To be fair, Rover DID say the food was "first come, first serve" so people should have expected a mad rush. BUT, it was still screwed up that there were leftovers that people weren't willing to share. My bf and I took a box of pizza, split a fair amount between us, and then put the pizza back for other people to eat. I don't really blame people for wanting to hoard the food, as messed up as it is. The lines to the food were OUTRAGEOUS.

Rover was saying he didn't know how the fireworks would be able to beat last years b/c they were so awesome......Did it seem like last years did end up being better?

I didn't go to last year's but let me just say the fireworks this year were AWESOME. Probably one of my favorite parts of the night (besides meeting Theory of a Deadman)

Yes but with all the vendors and stuff that is set up? The Browns stadium would't have enough room for that.

Well, wouldn't you? I doubt the captain expected such a crowd as this was their first year in doing this. They host weddings, dinner/dance cruises, and tours of Cleveland and probably have a completely different age bracket. There were people that were drunk, there were fights, and a bunch of other drama. I would be overwhelmed too.

I definitely understood people with a single box (we would have taken one ourselves since everyone else was doing it, but JUST one), especially when Rover warned that it would be first come first serve, but I seriously saw most people with 2 or 3... some even with 4 and 5! I mean, just how ridiculous can you be? You really think you and your 2 other douchebag friends are going to eat 5 boxes all to yourself? First come first serve my ass... pizza was gone in less than 30 seconds both times.

I seriously had a great time, but it just sucked that the food wasn't watched over a little better to keep drunk assholes from hoarding. Especially since we payed extra to be able to AVOID those large food lines and ended up having to stand in them anyways. We were on the boat waiting for the food drop off all 3 times and just happened to be paying for a drink the 2 times they brought pizza. There was no reason for it! They dropped off plenty of people for every couple of people to have a box for themselves and yet it didn't work out that way.

I will say that the second time, there was a nice couple sitting next to the food table that gave us each a couple pieces because they felt bad for us. I was so glad because I did NOT want to stand in those damn lines again haha

Oh yeah, absolutely! That's RIDICULOUS that people would take 4-5 boxes and not even eat all of them. And then stand guard? what the hell? It's just pizza, dude. Calm your tits. lol. I'm sorry that you had that experience though! That sucks! At least it wasn't TOO hot on Roverfest. I was quite pleased with the weather. It was perfect.

Unfortunately I was unable to attend. I was wondering if there were any Rochester representation in the calender search?

Maybe since the party boat was such a hit with fans, thats something they will continue next year, they better have more then 1 boat though, b/c with all the fans saying how awesome it was, everyone is going to want to buy the party boat tickets. No fireworks could possibly EVER compare to last year's. Here's a video. AMAZING. Can't be beat....

The browns stadium is HUGE. It will have enough room for everything. It's a football field..........lol

It's also bigger than voinovich park

Yeah, it really was perfect weather! I was so glad the rain held off until the next day.

The fireworks were amazing! It was so cool getting to watch them from the top of the boat.

Other than the food thing, the boat was a perfect addition to RF. I hope they do it again next year! They might need an extra boat or two, though, because everyone's going to want to be part of it next time around.

I saw the video on here of Dumbs GF dancing, someone put a link, but I thought she was dancing with Vanillia Ice, all I saw running around was a clown. Is there other video of her dancing with Vanillia Ice? I havent seen any pics of him yet at RoverFest.
