Dieter for sure! He's freakin' hot! lol Rob definitely got his body in shape, but I just can't find it in me to vote for a guy who's shorter than me.

Personally I think Rob should have won. He had way more definition in his abs and I think he deserves bonus points for taking on a semi professional meat head like Dieter.
