I signed up to participate in the Rovergirl competition and a few people are saying its trashy. I am a very respectable girl and never thought twice about trying out for this competition but I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone but I do not want to be considered trashy. What do you guys think?

The actual photo shoot if you make it into the calendar is very professional. I wouldn't use trashy for the competition at RoverFest, but the girls do all talk behind each other's backs... but you have to expect that when you get a bunch of girls together all trying out for something against each other. I never thought the girls of trashy. I think anyone who hears the word "nude calender" automatically classifies as trashy but I don't think that's true. The pictures are taken very professionally. If anything I envy the girls and their confidence!

The only real complaint I heard from an acquaintance who was in last year's competition is that the girls are pretty much tied up for most of Roverfest- last year they were effectively quarantined for hours. I certainly didn't think that girl was trashy for being in the calendar competition.

I would say that if chicks are telling you this, they are simply jealous.

the calendar itself I think is too risque......the radio crew will ask you to remove your clothes for the photoshoot. The photo shoots take place at various locations and places that I know about and have been to before.

The actual competition varies, depends on what you are wearing. If you dance like a stripper, than its trashy. if you dont, then no, not trashy.

Forgot to say.....some of the girls are strippers, many are just regular girls who want to try it, etc.

Trashy? No. Narcissistic? Maybe. Exhibitionist? For sure!
