I recently started a twitter and email to send in any pics of Jeffrey in the wild. If you see Jeffrey at the bar feeling up granny or getting his junk grabbed send it to the email on my profile. If you see him chasing his kid whose tearing up a store looking for ceiling fans send it in. If you see JLR walking down the street drinking a 40 with no shirt. Send it in!!! I hear all these emails but I would love to provide pictures to back up these accounts.

I think Its a great idea and Lana your one to talk, you "improve your self- worth" by dressing like a slut. Anyways Jeffrey isn't retarded he's just extremely dumb. I've worked at dozens of mentally handicap homes and, let me tell you, if they we're half as smart as Jeffrey it would of made my job a million times easier.
