I always thought this was a awesome song by the band Live. It's an outtake from the Throwing Copper sessions, but for some weird reason wasn't on the album even though it kicks ass. It's never been officially released despite being over 15+ years old. It was in Zack and Miri Make a Porno, but not its soundtrack.
